Hilton Austin Airport

As usual, superior experience. Although booked for confidentiality reasons, we were able to locate several rooms needed, at the last minute, to ensure my privacy & accommodate my personal team.

First time staying in Austin...and I loved it! The room was super cool, the bar was rad, and I loved that it was so close to the airport. Will definitely stay again.

The Hilton Austin Airport is an excellent choice for anyone needing to stay near the airport. My room was spotless, quiet, and very comfortable — I couldn’t hear any airport noise at all. The bathroom was beautiful, and the water pressure was fantastic, which is a detail that often gets overlooked but makes a big difference. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The only hiccup during my stay was that service at the on-site Starbucks was a bit slow, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the overall experience. Parking is reasonably priced, and the hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the airport, which adds to the ease of travel. While it is on the expensive side, the quality and convenience make it worth it, especially for business travelers or anyone catching an early flight. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and hassle-free stay right by the airport.

The rooms were comfortable and the service was great. However, be prepared to walk a distance from the elevator to your room, and being there for a conference, the locations of the breakout sessions were very confusing. I understand that this was not originally designed as a hotel and the history behind the building is very interesting. And this may be the reasoning behind the distance from elevators and confusing conference rooms. Otherwise, rooms were very comfortable, shower was great, hot water, great pressure. Food was good for hotel food, room service came quickly. I would stay here again.

Made the wild choice of travelling on Christmas Day but the team at this Hilton were grand. Francisco the airport shuttle was right there to grab us when we got outside the airport and Dale at the front desk got us settled super smooth and had all the answers. Also there is some great art in this hotel!

Premier King room nice sized with view into atrium. Decent fitness room. Good meeting rooms. Enclosed courtyard includes pool and walking track for a safe feeling walk. Friendly, efficient front desk staff. Entrance to parking lot awkward with an SUV. Plenty of parking. Catering well set up and acceptable quality and variety. Not great nearby restaurant choices, but close enough to downtown, which had plenty of options.

Stay here a few times a year on business and the property always meets or exceeds expectations. However, I stayed two nights recently on personal business and one particular associate wildly exceeded expectations - Dale, the front desk supervisor! He was able to remedy an issue/request I had and his attention to my plea was the clincher. Dale is a standout in the hospitality business and I am grateful I was able to interact with him.

We overnighted at the Austin Airport Hilton due to unsafe winter driving conditions, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing. Even with only three staff members working multiple roles in real time, everyone remained calm, courteous, and incredibly professional. They handled a stressful situation with grace and efficiency, which made a big difference for us after a long day. Well done to the entire team, thank you for turning an unexpected overnight stay into a comfortable and positive experience. Also the parking and shuttle amenities set this place apart from others in the area. We will be back.
